When I wrote about Irish style in February, I mentioned the trio of fashion designers who were taking the Fashion Week catwalks by storm (John Rocha, J.W. Anderson and Zoë Jordan). I also focused wholly on the younger generation of Irish movie stars currently working in Hollywood – among them, Colin Farrell, Cillian Murphy, Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Jamie Dornan. Today I want to mention the older generation of Irish stars whose long history of dapper dressing has left an important mark on the world of tailoring (at least, the public's apprehension of it). Space being somewhat limited, the three stars I have in mind are Pierce Brosnan, Gabriel Byrne and Liam Neeson.
